I just came back from some community involvement project, o well maybe I should call myself a volunteer in Metta School, I learnt about the students there and I got to help the staff in someway or another. At the same time, I am able to join my NCC kakis; we had dinner later that night. WOO!!! I get to book in on Monday night which is like tomorrow sign….
Last Friday, I went to watch X-men 3 at Cathay Building, the plot was great, not forgetting the effect and the action. But I kind of thought the ending was a little bit weird. In fact, I did not bother to watch Da Vinci Code. This is because I thought it was boring and dull when it was screening things which were said to be “factual” when they are not. Furthermore, I thought it was foolish for some people who watched the show, believing some of its contents. It kind of saddened me when some of my non-Christian friends question the reliability of my belief. Ultimately, I believed it is up to individual to judge whether it is true or not. It’s not right to see just one side of the story. The amazing thing is Dan Brown did something amazing. He gave an opportunity for Christians to unite together and stand strong in our faith. Halleluiah!
My holy spirit recently told me to make a decision that will determine my spiritual growth and development. It is a tough decision, but ultimately I will leave it up to god to anoint me and guide me to make the right decision.

I was so worried about my IPPT for the past few days; my shuttle run have never been up to standard and it sux......
But Thursday proved everything wrong, I managed to accomplish something great, something I never done before----GOLD…..
Here’s the break down of my IPPT score,
Sit-ups: 45 (5pts)
Pull-ups: 12 (5pts)
Standing Broad Jump: 234 cm (4pts)
4 x 10m Shuttle Run: 9.91s (5pts)
2.4KM Run: 9 mins 40 s (5pts)
24/25…..
which goes to say I am not required to do IPPT for this year anymore…..plus an addition of $200……
O and I have accepted SMU offer, I will be enrolling in AUG 2008. I was quite happy to know I was part of the 1 in 9 applicants who got an offer by SMU.

I felt greatly blessed yet sad at the same time this week. Well I just got 2 university acceptance letters and the sad thing was about my physical injury.
I injured my left ankle since 5 weeks ago. It was mild strain, but due to the fact I ignore that minor injury, it became worse, the pain can be unbearable at times, I want to see the MO for 2 weeks and I got 2 weeks attend B. Being attend B wasn’t easy also, because of some other circumstances. I missed running, but I have to wait for left ankle to recover and recuperate before the next IPPT. I went to consult a polyclinic doctor last Saturday, and he explained to me that ankle injury might take up 1 or even up to 3 months to recover. I am really afraid so, because of IPPT and my survival in this course; I do not want to be OOC. So yup, I hope for the best and leave it up to god.
Well the good thing is I got letters from NUS and NTU.
NUS: SCIENCE (MATHEMATICS)
NTU: BUSNESS
I am glad that I was given a chance to pursue a degree in business in NTU. NTU NBS is really a great place to study, and I yearn to be there. However, my ultimate goal is to get a place in SMU. I hope I will know the reply soon. And I hope for the best!!!!!!!!!!!
Take care
