I went to CMPB today to have a body check-up and questionaire,though i still need to go back this coming friday for the aplitude test(IQ test) in fact. I am going to work hard strive for it man......hoping to get in to OCS, my dream.....well yeah every man dreams to become officer, especially all those garang men, or i should say patriotic men who will sheld their blood for their nation. HAHA, just joking.....Well in fact i am considering to pursue my career in the army, apart from teaching (WHOA....i am eyeing on OMS OR LMS OR TS, Army actually provide quite a prospective career, considering ATA though, at least i may be able to study in US university.

Bad news for me.....well not a bad news though, i drop one Speciman paper a.k.a s paper. Well i think what my teachers said were right, i need to concentrate on my 4 A level subject and my maths spaper. No point taking a subject s paper when i still cannot excel. O yup
i got 54.0 points for my a level points, an average mark though despite getting ABDF and C5 for my english. The result is good enough for me to go NTU engineering courses but i want to fight for a study award at least a company to sponsor me in my study blar blar blar.
WELL I NEED TO WORK HARD FOR IT.GOD will guide me through along for he knows what is best for me.

And after looking at so many CLTS blog, i am starting to get sick of seeing CLTS commenting the way NCC does things now, blaming the core, thinking that the present batch of specialists are bad blar blar blar. I must not deny that i have also commented on such thing before, even in my blog where i commented how bad it could be. Yup mus apologise for that first. But i starting to feel that it's not right to compare the juniors days with ours.

BACKGROUND INFO about my life in NCC when i am still a cadet......
long before all my specialists and cadets were members of the NCC Core, extreme "tekkanism" still exists in NCC Camp where banging of cupboards, night pumping and stand by universe, changing parade occur. Ex-leaders who demand perfect discipline and no welfare concern from cadets like me. Cadets who obey CLTS every single word, and do not DEFYYYYYY(evil tone). Well yup memories still exist in my brain where punishment is a must and unavoidable. Well NCC used to be like coporal punishment. Well maybe somethings should be changed.

NOWADAYS CADETS
Before i start, i must say thhe bv ncc part A Cadets are so CUTEEEEEE, really so cute......haha (p.s i am still straight) haha , well ya things changed as times go by. NCC camp is all about fun which is good thing. hmmm but something will change. CADETS will not be as stiff as what they were, well their drills of course not really up to our expectation beacuse what we demand are like solid bang blar blar blar.....discipline of course. But we must know is thing have changed and we just need to accpet the fact. Thing do change for a better because I DO NOT WANT MY SCH CADETS TO SIT SO STIFFFFFFF, hate stiffness although i used to be one. erm coporal punishment does help but i was banned so we need to enocurage cadets to be fit in adifferent way. Well cadets need to be encouraged instead of like "OEI, MY GRANDMOTHER CAN WALK FASTER THAN YOU RUN). Guess is beacuse i motivate myself to strive and be fit by getting at least a silver for every year naffa test from 0 pull-up to at least 6 pull-up now. From failing my to 2.4km to running in a time of 10.50 best time recorded muhahaha.
CADETS NEED TO BE MOTIVATED INSTEAD OF DEMORALISING THEM.
Well you know i remember an army phrase like "good things do not comeby easily" Pain is what u need to endure, i guess they need to see this as a positive attiude get motivated and everyone will be happy and glad to bfeel fit and more discipline. I do not fancy much about drills but i expect my cadets to at least have an acceptable level of marching skills(a msg conveying to a SCLT). Beacuse i believe that NCC isn't just a marching organisation anymore, it a life-long learning organisation.

to those who are reading my current blog and are members of the NCC, let's make it a wonderful and enjoyable CCA instead of bragging about how it changed from the past. Past memories can be bad but fun or good, but what is most important to shape and create a MODERN AND EXCELLENT CCA.
